As soon as the request for assistance is received, a process of investigation begins in coordination with the applicant, their referents and Agir ensemble’s partners. Once the investigation is complete, the applicant is informed in writing of the outcome of their request, as well as the terms and conditions of the protection.

This assistance cannot exceed three months, and can only be renewed in cases of absolute necessity.
